The Service Bus for the Connected Business

Here's the problem... I've got an MSMQ topic that will move a message to the poison queue after the configured number of retry cycles is met.  Now, since there isn't a supported way to manage this queue you have to read from it yourself.  However, when I do that it appears the BodyStream contains more than I bargained for (I can't process the message b/c it's in a format I don't know).  So, now I'm stuck.

All that said, is there any guidance on reading from the poison queue?  Am I missing something in the Neuron libraries that will help me do this?

Thanks,

Steve

If the message entered the queue from a Neuron Topic, you should be able to point a client connector at the queue.
Can you explain in more detail? How would I be able to hit a topic's posion queue just through a client connector?
Haven't heard back re: this... Do you have a more detailed suggestion?

Scalability MSMQ & Deployment Groups

I have been trying to work out how to configure MSMQ for high availaibility. I think that I need to use Zones, & Deployment Groups to configure the server deployment.  But I am unsure how  I would go about this and what the perfromance impacts are. So let me give you the scenario that I am looking at and you can then point me in teh direction of resources that I need to be able to resolve it. I have 3 High throughput topics that need reliable messaging Service1Service2Service3 Each of these…See More

Explanation of Pipelines

Hi Guys,               I need more documentation/info on how pipelines work. It appears that a context is the message that is passing though the pipeline. I want to use a code step to generate a new message to that will be passed to a service step. But I can not find any detail on how to use the context object. Regards,                   AlistairSee More
