<p>I am trying the url from the neuron esb server itself.</p>
<p>The url http://localhost:51002/help works fine but when I do the specific request for endpointhealth or for runtime using http://localhost:51002/neuronesb/api/v1/runtime, it fails</p>

<p>What version and build of Neuron ESB do you have installed? is "Default" the name of the actual instance that you have installed? I just tried this on my local machine with no issues. is "localhost" the machine that the instance is running on?</p>
