We are trying to get a client API call working so it calls through a load balanced endpoint. What ports are required on the Load Balancer to be opened up? We are using the default ports so 50000 for bootstrap service. We believe we have it open on the LB but still get an error. If we point it to point directly at one of the servers behind the LB it works just fine. The docs make it seem like it is just port 50000 so what are we missing?

the ports are listed on the Ports tab of your Zone settings within the solution in the Neuron ESB Explorer
right so we have opened all those up (including TCP range for TCP service.). We need all those ports though? That is really the question. Even though the config is 50000 there are additional ports it still uses that are not called out.
Are they all HTTP or all TCP? We are doing the bootstrap call on HTTP.
Neuron will most of the ports...except those in the TCP range.
specifically, boostrap, management and control ports. The Peer resolver service port is only necessary if using Peer based topics. Tcp port range is what we reserve for the topics, but the specific ports for tcp based topics you would derive from the topic properties.
if you're using the TCP based topics, you can look at the network properties of the topic and get the server port and client port range from there..
ya that leaves me confused. We have all those (via HTTP) open. We even did all the topic TCP ports. Still no joy.
these are all tcp ports, not http
