Communication with the underlying transaction has failed.

Neuron Version 3.0.346

We insert into a database table each morning and get the following message about communication with the underlying transaction has failed.  We have other adapters that communicate with the same database but different tables and do not receive the error.  This occurs almost daily, so just seeing if anyone has any ideas as to why.  I've attached the screen shot of the error and log for the adapter.
