The Service Bus for the Connected Business

Hi

I have the following setup:

  • An FTP Adapter retrieves a file and sends it to the bus.
  • A Service Connector receives the file from the bus and sends it to a WCF service and examines the service's reply.

This works fine so far, I have made a screenshot of Neuron ESB's message history for above scenario:

As you can see, while processing the WCF Service's reply, the "Parent ID" is set to a message with Guid "900bfb83-bac4-4541-9de5-313869f66fc1". However, that message does not show up in all of the message history.

During the WCFServiceConnectorParty's On-Receive Pipeline, I have a pipeline process that acts upon the WCF service's reply and writes some Log messages. During execution of the pipeline I'd like to know what was the Guid of the initial message that hit the bus. In the screenshot above, that initial message would have the Guid "a5dddc6a-0ea0-4296-96f7-795e4beaa470".

Do you have any idea how I'd be able to correlate these messages in code?

context.Data.Header.ParentMessageId only returns "900bfb83-bac4..." but that message is not even in the message history.

Maybe in the WCFServiceConnectorParty's On-Receive Pipeline I can get a reference to the Ftp Publishing Party's pipeline instance and examine some properties?

Thank you very much.

Kind Regards

- Marc

Hi,We are using the Marketo adapter to push account updates to Marketo. It works well for some time then starts failing with Invalid Token unless restarted. Is there a configuration that can be done so it can auto refresh the token when required? Thanks!See More
