I am wondering how to activate my account to submit support tickets. Our company has just bought a licence. I registered myself with support.neuronesb.com. It did *NOT* asked my for the license key during the registration. When I attempted to submit a ticket, I saw an error ""Invalid department ID specified; please select ..." . However, there was no available department ID I could select.

I just finished approving your registration. The site should work for you now. Make sure you refresh your browser. you should not get prompted for the department ID. if you still do, I can have our internal IT work with you to resolve
