Install packed of a Pipeline

I have made a msi install packed for my new Pipeline.

But the installer do not place it in the folder "Pipelines".

If a select another folder everythings works fine. There is acces to the folder, so no security problem.

But what is the recomanded best practices to deploy custom pipelines and adapters?

The installer model should work, I'm not sure why your MSI wouldn't put the assembly in the Pipelines folder.
