can you send us all the Neuron ESB logs. just zip and attach.
Also, can you turn off transactions on the adapter and see if that works. Also, provide information on your environment, i.e. what OS are you running, 64bit/32bit, etc..

you also send these to Neuron support. just email neuronsupport@neudesic.com. That will auto generate a support ticket
I'm assuming here that the MSMQ service is installed on all the operating systems
