Neuron machine goes into Hang state whenever we save configuration

We are facing one issue where machine goes into hang state whenever we try to restart Neuron service from Neuron explorer or we do any changes in configuration(add topics, publishers). We have 3.1.0.238 version of  Neuron. I have looked into tcp ports, but those are not more than 250. Even memory and cpu were fine.

We deployed Neuron on one of our Dev VM which is quad core with 10 gb ram.

Any idea what can be issue?

when you open the Neuron esb Explorer, are you opening it as an Adminstrator?  you may want to check and confirm this isn't a UAC issue

Yes Marty we are opening as Administrator.
Logged in user is an Admin.

Marketo Adapter Invalid Token
