Reverting to prior saved solution

Is there a way to go back to a prior solution?  I am thinking of the *.esb files in the history folder perhaps. Presently I am in a state where the service will not restart and the Master Service Log indicates the following: "configuration is not consistent".

Hi Martin

If you have saved your solution from time to time, you will find prior versions in the /history folder.

That has saved me a few times when I messed things up.
