Upgrading to Neuron 3.0

I’m trying to upgrade Neuron 2.5 to the new 3.0.3.150 version.  I’m able to upgrade to 2.6, however when I import the 2.6 version into the 3 version, try to do a save as, it’s giving me object not set to an instance of an object (below is the exception).  I created my own folder beside DEFAULT, selected the folder that I created, and gave all users access to that folder.  Has anyone else hit this error?

I started Nueron in Admin mode as well.
