Hello Everyone,

We’re in the process of defining our 2011 plan for Neuron features and enhancements, to be delivered (ideally) on a quarterly basis throughout the year. The features and enhancements will span a number of themes including

• Monitoring
• Development
• Configuration
• Security

There are currently a number of things we’re considering, including some of those listed below:

• SCOM management pack
• New pipeline steps  - Examples may be: Pipeline step (execute a pipeline within a pipeline), Queue step (send to MSMQ queue and receive correlated messages from MSMQ Queue), Dynamic Transform step
• Custom pipeline steps – Allow users to create their own pipeline steps which they can add to UI for reuse.
• ADFS 2.0/Claims support
• Bulk Resubmit
• Environmental Variables for Service Endpoints
• Pipeline tracking – Provide graphical view of execution path for pipeline
• WSDL Generation – Associate existing WSDL endpoint with client connector
• SQL/CLR Neuron functions – Allowing BI activities against the Neuron audit database
• Adapters
• CRM 2011 Workflow Activities
• Azure Bindings/integration

Although none of the items listed above are confirmed or promised for delivery in 2011, they are examples of some of the things we are considering.

What I ask of the community is for all of you to provide us feedback in the form of solid DETAILED use cases supporting these, or other items you think are valuable. We want to know WHAT features you want which will allow Neuron to solve real problems for you that either we can’t address today, or requires you to develop your own extensions on top of Neuron.

I have set up this discussion specifically for the purpose of gathering your feedback. 

If you have screen shots or examples of what you need or what you are doing, PLEASE by all means post them, or feel free and little “r” me if you do not want to share them on the forum.
