Having a couple of issues with the Explorer...
Clicking on a message from Activity-->Message History always results in a timeout. Running the actual report works fine. For the time period specified there are only 3 messages involved.
Running a Message History report that involves hundreds of thousands of messages also times out.
Is there any way to increase the timeout periods on these reports? Or possible include a time period in the search parameters?
We might also be missing appropriate indexes. I just did a simple count of the audit table it took over a minute to come back (there are about 1 million rows).
Our database version is 2.5 - is this the latest? We have been updating the ESB but could have possibly missed DB updates.
