Hi,
I've been having a number of issues trying to install the Dynamics CRM Publish Adaptor for CRM 4. Basically at the point that it asks for the CRM Organisation after a pause, the following errors are displayed:
"Unable to connect to the remote server"
"Error 1001. Unable to connect to the remote server --> No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:5555"
With the prior version, the two prompts for the CRM Installation (and Organisation) and the ESB Installation allowed you to specify a Hostname (and Port), whereas with the version shipped with this build it appears to be assuming that these are on the default port on Localhost.
Our ESB Installation is on a separate server to our CRM Installation (we have 4 separate servers, DB, CRM Application, Reporting and Integration), so we need to be able to specify the hostname somehow.
Any advice?
