Hi Carlos. Can you clarify what you mean by "disappear"? Are the files getting deleted from the directory on save?

Also, which version of Neuron are you using?

We are using 3.02.  The developer modified the xslt, saved the esb configuration.  When he went back to look at the xslt, it was blank.   The files is not deleted.

Can you find out what the full version number is for the release that you are using? You can find this by choosing Help --> About from the Neuron Explorer menu.

We did have a bug that we fixed that sounds related to this. During a save, there was an issue saving XML, XSLT, or XML schema documents that caused the documents to be truncated in memory.

If you can find the full 4-part version number, this will help me to identify whether this is the same bug, in which case we can fix it by directing you to a newer version, or whether this is a new issue.

3.0.2.85  We should be getting 3.0.3 as Marty is working on the migration for our solution.

   Did you find out if a newer version would help resolve the issue?

Sorry for not getting back to you earlier Carlos. We're actively looking at it, but it has been hard to reproduce on our end. We have done so a couple of times but cannot regularly reproduce the issue.

Can you answer the following questions about when you are seeing this issue:

1. Are you in online or offline mode? Or are you seeing it in either?

2. Is there anything specific that you are doing that might be causing this problem? Are you renaming the XSLT? Or does it just happen by editing the XSLT and saving the project?

Manoj and I are actively working on the issue and we'll try to get this fixed for you ASAP.

This occurs as we are editing the xslt and then save the configuration.  We are in online mode. It is just a random event as 95% of the time, it works fine.

It seems to me an Synchronization issue between files, could you send me the copy of "esb_configuration.xml" and xslt folder, to look at to validate this issue on manoj.talreja@neudesic.com  Meanwhile we are fixing the issue, will ship out the fix ASAP.

Hi Carlos, 

Did your XSLT file is completely blank or have some comment message in there like "<!-- The process cannot access the file ......" ?
