I have a mapped drive to:
https://my333092.sapbydesign.com:443/sap/a1s/cd/fileio/docs/in/0018...
that is mapped to my Z:\ drive on my development box. I can manually drop a file into the location in Windows Explorer but when I try to send a file to the drive on my system and get the attached exception trace. The key to the site has been installed on my development system.

What account is the Neuron ESB Service running as? By default it uses the Local System account. You might want to try changing the service account to your own account and see if that helps.
I'll let you know how it works out.
I believe that mapped drives on Windows are per-user. Since you are probably running Neuron ESB as a Windows service, it is running in a different session and under a different user account and therefore does not have access to the mapped drive.
I'm not sure that there's a good solution for this one. Let me research it a little and I'll get back to you later this afternoon.
Thanks.
you can add a user account as a credential in our security section. then go to the Adapter endpoint and select that credential in the Run As drop down box. This will force the adapter to run in the context of that user regardless of what account the esb service is running under..
