Trying to load my loacl Neuron and getting the following error message ...
Cannot load ESB Configuration - Could not create the temp file necessary to load the configuration. The file exists.
Anybody know what the file name I need to delete is?

You might need to delete the files in the %TMP% directory. Open Windows Explorer and type "%TMP%" in the address bar. This will navigate you to the temporary directory. Then you can try deleting files. This will typically be C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp.
If you are running ESBService under a different user account or as LocalSystem, the temp directory may be for a different path. You should see a user directory for that user that you'll need to navigate into.
I cleared my temp file and tried starting up and received the same error message. I checked the service account and the TMP folder there is empty. Here is the complete entry from the Neuron Event Log:
Event Info: Neuron ESB Service failed to start
Exception: Cannot load ESB Configuration - Could not create the temp file necessary to load the configuration. The file exists.
Inner Exception: The file exists.
Method: WinIOError

can you check to see what location your %TEMP% environmental variable is pointing to?
I cleared out my Wndows/Temp folder overnight, quite a few entries, and Neuron came up OK this morning, thanks.
