Hi Michal. Did you make sure that the ESB Service is running on the remote server and is configured to listen to port 50000? That would be the first thing to check.
The next question is are your machine and the remote machine on the same Windows domain? If not, then you may have to enter credentials that are valid for the remote machine in order to connect to the remote ESB service.
Please let me know.

Hi Michal. I apologize. I did not see your reply.
What user account is your Neuron ESB service running as? Is it running using a domain account, LocalSystem, or a local user account?
Hi,
It is running dedicated domain account.

Hi Michal,
Have you tried adding an entry on the host file?
This discussion might help.

Hi Michał,
We had the same issue. Try running the Neuron ESB Service as the local system account and then connecting to it remotely. This worked for us.
We have actually kept our service running as the local system account, but suspect that the issue was happening because the account we were using to run Neuron Explorer did not have rights to delegate Kerberos.
Hope that helps!
