I have a simple file in adapter endpoint that was created. In my original test the adapter ran fine. Now when I have Neuron running the adapter is in a failed status and I receive the following error in the Neuron Event Log:
Event Info: Failed to fire Endpoint State Change Event for 'Brueggers.GordonFoods.FileIn.Endpoint' of Type 'AdapterEndpoint'
Exception: This schema for this assembly has not been registered with WMI.
Method: Initialize
Stack: at System.Management.Instrumentation.Instrumentation.Initialize(Assembly assembly)

at System.Management.Instrumentation.BaseEvent.Fire()
at Neuron.Esb.Internal.ESBHelper.FireWmiEndpointStateChangeEvent(String application, String id, String hostname, String name, EntityType type, String state, String message)
Does anybody have any idea why this is happening? I had this happen at an earlier point with a different adapter and the reboot seemed to fix it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you install Neuron, you have the option of installing the ESB Management objects. it looks like these weren't selected. When selected this installed all the WMI objects for neuron.
However, you can manually install those by running the powershell script (RegisterWmiEvents.ps1) we include in the installation folder, c:\Program Files\Neudesic\Neuron ESB v3\PowerShell
if you're interested in capturing the events, I've attached a sample visual studio project that does just that
