Restarting service connector won't come back up

I'm doing testing where I want to shut down and restart a service connector.  If Neuron has been running for a while, when I stop, and try to restart the service connector, it goes back to being stopped.  The Neuron event log shows the following:

Event Info: Service_svc

Exception: Loading this assembly would produce a different grant set from other instances. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131401)

If I restart the Neuron ESB service, I am able to start and restart individual service connectors.
